**SUMMARY**

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Product Manager. You will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our logistics products and services, with specific focus on first mile, middle mile, customs and mobile app development.

**DESCRIPTION**
- Work closely with the Product Manager to develop product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback and stakeholder requirements
- Defining product requirements and user stories for new features and enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, commercial and operations, to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and inform product decisions
- Demonstrate the ability to think independently and make data-driven decisions in the context of
- Plan and coordinate product testing and trial runs to ensure product quality and functionality meet the desired standards
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform product strategy and roadmap

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Jira, Notion, Slack) is a plus

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably in the logistics industry
- Proven track record of managing product lifecycle from ideation to launch
