Install, configure, and maintain WiFi networks to ensure optimal performance and coverage.
- Plan, install, and maintain cabling and wiring infrastructure to support network connectivity.
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the integrity and security of IT systems.
- Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in IT technology to enhance job performance.
- Assist in IT projects and initiatives as assigned by the IT Manager or supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of WiFi setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in cabling and wiring practices for network connectivity.
- Experience in setting up and configuring servers, including hardware and software installation.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve IT issues effectively.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices in IT service management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
