- COORDINATE DIRECT EMPLOYEE CERTIFICATION WITH TEAM HEAD/TEAM LEADER *MONITORING AND ENSURE DIRECT EMPLOYEE ON JOB TRAINING SCHEDULE ON PROGRESS AND CERTIFICATION ON SCHEDULE *PREPARE REQUIRED TRAINING DOCUMENT FOR DIRECT EMPLOYEE ON JOB TRAINING *DEVELOP/REVISE TRAINING MODULES AND TEST PAPER WHEN NECESSARY *ASSIST IN EMPLOYEE TRAINING REPORT CARD AND ENSURE TRAINING RECORDS UP-TO-DATE *REVIEW AND COORDINATE FOR SEMI ANNUAL OPERATOR SKILL MATRIX REVIEW *PROVIDE ON JOB TRAINING FOR ANY TRAINING REQUEST RAISED FROM INTERNAL CUSTOMER (MULTISKILL, TRANSFER ETC) *TO CONDUCT RECERTIFICATION TRAINING FOR DIRECT EMPLOYEE
