About this role:

- Manage the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for 3 management entities
- Monthly Review of Balance Sheet accounts, reconciliations and Intercompany schedules
- Prepare and submit GST & WHT payment to Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and ensure the timeliness of the submission
- To review and verify supplier invoices against purchase order for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment for local and overseas creditors
- Lead and guide WNS on daily finance operations
- Handle queries and provide information/documents to the Auditors and Tax Agents during annual audit and tax fillings
- To monitor accounts payable to ensure payments are made according to the payment term
- To prepare standard regular payment run to avoid any late payment
- To monitor accounts receivables to ensure prompt collection and monitor debt provision
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by Finance Supervisor or Management
- Reporting include closing of monthly accounts and submissions of reports on a timely manner
- Ensure Company's policies and internal controls are in place all the time
- Performs duties in support of daily finance and operations process
- Support in e-commerce D2C billings and payments
