**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
To be stationed at mixing dough/puff Section
To mixes, ferments, shapes, and bakes according to specified recipes and standards.
To ensure that the right type and quantity of ingredients are acquired by following bread baking recipes to measure ingredients.
To set oven heat at the right temperature and wait for ovens to be heated before placing tins in them.
To check timers to ensure that the bread is baked properly.
To remove baked cakes & croissant from ovens and place them on cooling racks.
Other duties as the job require it.
Able to work on shift rotation basis including weekend and Public Holiday
**REQUIREMENTS**:
At least 2-3 years working experience as a Baker.
Familiar with basic cake baking knowledge and production.
Able to tidy up and clean the workplace.
Good communication skills (Malay/English), ability to work well in a team, and ability to assist one another
Strong problem-solving skills
Work with diligence and responsibility.
Work on time, with no attendance or absenteeism issues.
