We are currently looking for our next IFMS Supervisor and this role will be based at our Manufacturing Plant at Oakland Industrial Park, Seremban.

**Summary**
- Manage, lead, and organize all activities to ensure the uninterrupted availability of utilities and other facility processes for the site.
- Ensure buildings operations in the most cost efficient and effective manner considering the health, safety, comfort of personnel and production requirements.
- Establish and manage maintenance strategy, energy and water policy, provides expert advice concerning facility management.
- Establish and monitor the contracts with IFMS suppliers maximizing quality delivered and minimizing costs.
- Lead and manage factory Capex, productivity projects, and energy savings initiatives.
- Manage, coach, and motivate staff in order to develop technical and managerial skills and high performance.

**Responsibilities**

SUSTAINABILITY / ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH, and SAFETY
- Act as role model of safety leadership. Assure that all employees and contractors under his/her supervision understand and comply with the Company' Sustainability policies. Hold the responsibility for the occupational health and safety within his department and implementation of the Sustainability Management Program, by ensuring adherence to the applicable procedures. Ensures that the quality of work performed by employees and contractors under his/her supervision is compliant with all applicable company policies and procedures along with all applicable legal and statutory requirements. Ensure that the activities of contractors are planned and supervised in a safe and effective manner. Takes corrective actions in case of potential breach of compliance or conflict of interest. Contribute to the development and improvement of above cultures/procedures in cooperation with the Sustainability department and managers.
- Comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, PMI, AWS requirements.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Ensure that all projects are implemented according to an approved business case and project plan and that all projects are executed to maximize the performance of the involved process and in a cost-effective way.
- Ensure effective project management according to established PMI policies and procedures regarding EHS, contractual, technical, and purchasing matters, in order to assure successful completion of design, engineering and construction projects within budget and according to agreed standards
- Provide guidance and support to project team members of other department in order to have a standard approach to Project Management.
- Ensure Change Management procedure is respected and applied.

ACTIVITIES AND MAINTENANCE COORDINATION:

- Ensure that a cost-effective preventive maintenance plan is elaborated for assets. Plan, organize and control the maintenance interventions with minimum interference for Operations and other activities, on non-production machinery and equipment, handling equipment, utility systems, distribution systems and buildings, while complying with local regulations and the company’s Sustainability requirements, thus contributing to improved efficiency and productivity.
- Based on mutually agreed Service Level Agreements/contracts and Key Performance Indicators, manage the contractors in terms of all IFMS disciplines in order to meet company objectives, quality, cost, EHS standards, contracts conditions and customer satisfaction.

PERFORMANCE and CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Initiate, develop / design or supervise the design of programs/ projects allowing to improve utilities and infrastructure to improve manufacturing performance in terms of cost and energy water savings. Ensure utilities technical development by implementing new techniques and practices in order to achieve better performance.
- Manage and define, in co-operation with all Operations Departments and as well PMI and COE Projects, required investment plans and proposals for CAPEX (modifications, introduction of new technology, capacity expansion, automation, etc.) and other projects in the short and longer term with regard to productivity, quality and costs, or that anticipate on expected developments with regard to environmental and safety legislation and technology.

PRODUCTIVITY IMPROVEMENT / BUDGETING & REPORTING
- Manage, monitor, and analyze Utilities, IFMS and project costs for improving performance, reducing operational costs and maximize productivity. Evaluate options between in-house and outsourced resources and between core and non-core business activities. Investigate new technologies and practices which could optimize operational costs.
- Prepare proper yearly CAPEX and productivity execution plan in order to ensure the expected cash flow established by management. Perform Capex and productivity projects execution plan revisions (RF's) during the year according to management instructions.
