**Essential Functions**:
1. Execute, manage and support All Aboard PLT’s projects throughout Malaysia;
2. Co-lead development of projects - scope, objectives and submission process, in consultation with the management team and ensure project feasibility;
3. Deliver training, classes and mentor/guide students, teachers and programme participants as well as enhance their learning experience in tech and innovation;
4. Kickstart, cultivate, and influence the development of an innovative learning environment among students, teachers and programme participants in project locations;
5. Manage, establish and maintain strong working relationships with relevant stakeholders (not limited to school leaders, teachers, students, parents, corporations, NGOs);
6. Assist project data (monitoring and evaluation) and audio-visual collection, management and analysis (including scheduling & conducting interviews, surveys, obtaining consents etc.) and report development;
7. Perform other duties not defined above but within the scope of the role to support the overall operations of All Aboard PLT as and when needed

**Competency**:
1. Young professional from Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, and/or any Science/technical backgrounds
2. Computer skills including experience in using hardware and software are a plus
3. Strong written and verbal communications skills and experience working with content in multiple mediums
4. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
5. Demonstrated ability to coordinate, manage and execute project requirements while managing multiple stakeholders
6. Passion for and fair experience in conducting research and survey
7. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
8. Flexibility to travel as and when needed
9. Fast learner, self-driven, a positive attitude and willingness to jump in and tackle new challenges

**Working hours**: Average 40 hours per week (may differ based on project’s needs)

**Travel requirements**: Yes

**Own transportation**: Mandatory

**Other duties**:To support the Learning section and operations as and when needed

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
