Interior Designer

Requirement:

- Academy background in Interior/Architectural Design.
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Draft out plan, layout, technical design drawing & 3D drawings.
- Full-time position available
- Strength in Autocad, cad, sketch up, Adobe photoshop, illustrator, 3D max, AiHouse or equivalent.

**Job Description**:
1. Prepare and to complete Design development & design documentation drawings, Submission of
detailed construction, engineering & mechanical drawings and etc
2. Review and perform QC check on drawings for architectural, structural and M&E to ensure that
drawings adhere to project specifications and requirements as well as safety and quality standards
3. Strong hand drawing and/ computer drawing in concept sketches, perspective sketches, detailing
sketches, BOQ and etc
4. Control of issuance of drawings to relevant parties
5. Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
6. Compile of As-built drawing upon project completion
7. Supersede and updated the current revision status
8. Prepare 2D layout plan, sectional and detailing drawings with accurate measurements
9. Proficient in producing 3D presentation drawings
10. Research, source and propose solutions for structural, construction, fixtures, fittings and
equipment for architectural and interior tender stages
11. Carrying forward the design jobs and the details of the needs of the project from the Superior
12. Manage assigned projects to completion and within agreed time-line
13. Responsible for site coordination, supervise, monitor and control site works.
14. To liase with sub-con on the works sequent, quality of work, manpower, material usage and machinery usage.
15. To resolve construction technical matters and problem, discrepancy of drawing.
16. Able to work independently without supervision
17. Assist Project manager in preparation of documents
18. Includes any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Superior
