EHS Technician

Primary Responsibility: - Comply with and communicate the company’s EHSMS, policies, EHS objective & planning, procedures, significant environmental aspects/hazards, EHS roles, responsibilities, accountabilities and authorities, obligations, legal and other requirements, and any relevant EHS issues - Communicate Emergency Response Plan - Report any unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and EHS incidents (including near misses) - Assist EHS Engineer in daily EHS implementation - Audit and inspect workplace inspection to determine plant operations, equipment, process and material EHS related risk and regulatory compliance - Plan and develop training material to train on ERT/staff/contractor/visitor awareness of the safety related issues - Working closely with other departments for any process/equipment site safety buy-off - Assist incident investigation and EHS related to data trending for management and regulatory reporting on timely basis - Assist implementation of EHS and corporate EHS program across all sites - Ensure all the safety precautions at site to prevent any hazards to man and machine - Track appropriate corrective action for any incident or audits - Coordinate PPE programs - Correspond with related government agencies and authorities - Assist HIRADC and EAIIEDC Implementations - Conduct routine EHS Statistics update
