**Responsibilities**:

- Customer service and attend to online/phone/walk-in enquiries;
- Understand customer’s needs and promote available tour packages clearly;
- Process booking/reservation and pre-departure administration matters;
- To build and maintain long-term customer relationship with excellent customer service standard.
- Tour leading to overseas to ensure tour program delivered accordingly to itinerary.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum secondary education with Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or relevant will be an advantage;
- **Good communication skills, able to communicate effectively to tour counterpart in Mandarin OR English OR Bahasa Melayu only during tour leading;**:

- Sales orientated;
- Posses positive with "can do" attitude and a team player.
- Sales experience of promoting tour packages, cruises, flexi-holiday, corporate travel, etc. are welcome to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
