**Achievement of the day to day operational KPI (50%)**
- Facilitate documentation of operational process and identification of process, gaps, operational risks and recommendation for best practices.
- Maintain referencing to latest regulatory requirements related to operational business requirements on HSE related.
- Planning and implementation of programs annually by HSE departments.
- Prepare, facilitate and participate in HSE audits conducted by auditors from accreditation bodies and authorities.
- To update documents and checklist based on SOP and guidelines based on local safety and environment requirements.
- Involve in safety meetings and develop monthly safety calendar for all sites.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and walk on HSE related matters and provide weekly reports.
- Site overall chemical register is updated and in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Review and update all sites ERT, First Aider, Organization chart for HSE requirements.
- Business operations licenses are updated on regular basis (JKKP, BOMBA, etc).
**People Management(40%)**
- Effective communication with internal team and external parties (accreditation bodies personnel, regulatory officers, etc.).
- Ensure a clean, safe and hazard free work environment for all staff is being implemented and practice on daily routine with staff, contractors and visitor engagements.
- Facilitation and monitoring on initiative rolled out to operations for compliance and improvements for HSE.
**Business Planning(10%)**
- Provide feedbacks and input to current and new setup based on the local and corporate standards to all stake holders.
**Knowledge & Skills Requirements**
**1) Qualifications**
- Preferably a Degree holder in Engineering, Chemical, Environment or Safety and Health.
- Diploma or Certificate from NIOSH related to Occupational Health and Safety.
- CePSWaM qualified person, Green Book Holder will be an advantage
- Minimum 4 years' experience in HSE.
**2)Skills**
- Interpersonal skills.
- Supervisory Skills.
- Computer Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)
- ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 standards and implementations.
- Internal Auditor skills.
- Investigation skills.
- Able to conduct internal HSE training
**3)Knowledge**
- In documents management controls.
- Environment Aspect and Impact assessments.
- In OSHA, FMA, DOE, BOMBA regulations
- JKKP Reporting - PMA, PMT, renewals.
- DOE- Waste management etc.
- Office, Operation, Logistics and Warehouse HSE standards
**4)Others**
- Effective communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Positive thinker and energetic.
- Initiative and resourceful.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to execute multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
