- Main Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting activities.
*
- Guide team in preparation of full set of accounts.
*
- Oversee daily accounting operations and transactions including accounts receivable
*
- and accounts payable.
*
- Review and ensure all accounting entries entered into the accounting system are
*
- accurate and complete with proper supporting documents.
*
- Ensure all transactions are recorded and updated in a timely manner.
*
- Ensure proper filing of all accounting records and documentation are maintained.
*
- Support and assist the Manager in the monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting
*
- including yearly audit.
*
- Identify and report any accounting related issues to the manager and give suggestions
*
- to resolve.
*
- Work closely with other departments to resolve accounting issues.
*
- Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary and bankers.
*
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time
*
- to time.
*
- Requirements
*
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
*
- Possess at least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field.
*
- Able to handle manufacturing industry accounts.
*
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
*
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
*
- Able to work independently and as a team.
*
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
