**Salary RM3,000 - RM5,000**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provides practical and theoretical trainings to all Barista course trainees.
- Responsible for training modules development, designs the structure of the course, and prepares training schedules.
- Monitors, assesses, and records trainees’ learning progress and development.
- Identifies potential problems, evaluates the content provided, and improvises the training delivered.
- Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs.
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment during the class.
- Keeps the class and the work station clean after every training session.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Barista trainer with at least 1 year of experience working in a similar role in a related industry is an advantage.
- Have strong barista skills and extraordinary experience in specialty coffee.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Positive attitude and excel at interpersonal skills.
