SAP Consultant

**Who you will be working for**:
Our client is a world class top tier global consulting firm located in the George Town. They are rapidly growing and are looking for great talent to join their organization.

**What you will be doing**:
To carry out SAP Payroll Functional role in AMS delivering the required activities below but not limiting to:

- Pick up Payroll tickets, resolve and manage it to closure as per SLA and to follow the established AMS process
- Conduct requirement confirmation/clarification sessions
- Make assessment and impact analysis for Change Requests
- Implement the approved Change Requests including configuration, testing, support UAT, documentation and ensuring the changes are in Production system
- Perform Configuration Unit testing
- Prepare Functional Specifications and Test Scripts as per RICEFW items
- Prepare Test Scenarios/Test Scripts for UAT
- Support UAT and Resolve issues from the user testing
- Prepare training document and conduct training
- Document Configuration (IMG)
- Prepare support documentation such as Root Cause Analysis document, Change Request document, Release document, where relevant.
- Support month end, year-end closing activities
- Conduct knowledge transfer

**What will it take to succeed**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent
- Experienced in SAP HCM Payroll and has worked on multiple cycles of SAP Payroll project implementation and supporting tickets via AMS
- Ability to provide complete documentation as per project / support standard
- documentations for eg. Root Cause Analysis document, Change Request document
- Works well in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal & customer interaction skills is a must

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
