Responsibility is to prepare a consistent, high-quality food product, ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service and Hotels operational standards. This position will be also responsible for ordering vegetable, seafood, meat, powder etc daily and function/events as per guest requet, preparation of mise-en-plase, stock checking, storage of store/seafood/meat/ vegeitems items, marinated meat. This position will assist wok on the preparation of food cooking if necessary.
