Keep tracking outstanding debts
- Plan course of action to recover owed money
- Locate and contact debtors
- Update account status and database regularly
- Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
- Handle customers' questions or complaints
- To achieve the recovery’s target set
- Build trust with debtors

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to start immediately is preferably
- Fresh graduate are welcoming to apply
- Be willing to try/ to talk

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Recovery officer: 1 year (required)
