Job Title: Administrative Executive
Location: Pontian, Johor (Must work from the office)
Work Hours: Monday to Saturday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
**Salary**: From RM1600 - RM2000 per month
**Responsibilities**:
- Support customer service, operation and finance department in day to day activities
- Serve as a point of contact for external suppliers, existing customers and new customers
- Answer customer inquiries via phone calls or WhatsApp messages
- Basic bookkeeping tasks like issue PO, issue invoices, receive payment etc (you will be taught using Autocount)
- Filing and organize documents
- Key in data and maintain inventory system
- Assist manager in handling import and export documentations
- Coordinate with logistic department on receiving of new shipments
- Coordinate with logistic department on delivery of goods to customers
- Keep track of office supplies and make purchase when needed
- Assist manager in other ad hoc tasks as required
**Requirements**:
- Minimum a Diploma holder in any field of study
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Able to understand and communicate in basic English
- Applicants without experience/ fresh graduates are welcome to apply
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
