Marketing Asisstant

A China Company (Professional power tools manufacturing industry in China) is looking for the role below:

- Marketing Executive - required travel 营销运营员

Salary remuneration : RM4k - RM7K + RM400 travel allowance + RM 9 /day ( meal allowance)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for implementing the work content arranged by the team, helping to convey the company's training information for store retailers, responsible for collecting, sorting out, summarizing information such as market conditions, store feedback, and project difficulties, and submitting analysis reports to provide reference for department leaders to make decisions.

2. Execute the tasks assigned by the team, connect with other team members, respond to store customers in a timely and efficient manner and help customers solve problems, and answer the leader's consultation on project dynamics at any time.

3. Cooperate with the needs of the team and assist the store to complete the shooting and production of product videos, live broadcast, etc. It is a priority to understand the characteristics of the TikTok platform.

4. Responsible for records of complaints from customers and customers, and assist relevant departments to properly handle them.

5. Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by the department manager.

Job requirements:
1. Proficiency in Chinese or English, fluent oral communication in Chinese/English, experience in new media or e-commerce is preferred.

2. Good at communication, optimistic and outgoing. Be proactive in dealing with work, have good execution and action. Good at thinking and discovering problems and summarizing the rules, and can promptly and proactively share the discoveries in the work with the team.

3. Be able to accept long-term business trips and back and forth between stores in different cities, have no obstacles to the nature of work that is not fixed in location, have a good sense of teamwork, and complete the work tasks assigned by the team in a timely manner - REQUEST FREQUENTLY TRAVEL
