Attend breakdowns, identify fault and problem solve, with mínimal downtime to operation
- Order supplies for all facility maintenance items
- Plumbing repair
- Repair floors, replace lights, and ceiling tiles
- Perform general repairs and painting when needed
- Other duties that may be assigned
- Ensure all work orders are completed
- Ensuring all work orders are managed & attended in a timely manner
- Attending to Overnight emergency cases
- To adhere to the timeline stipulated in SLA

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in building maintenance as a handyman
- Experience in performing general repairs accordingly in a timely manner
- Holding a valid GDL driving licences - required to drive van for work related purposes
- Working pattern**:45 working hours weekly, Overtime if required, required to be on standby to attend to work order when needed**:

- Working location**:Based in Pulau Indah - transportation is provided for work purposes**:

- Contract duration**:6 months (renewable)**:

- **Salary : RM 1800**

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.38 - RM2,600.03 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Handyman: 1 year (preferred)
- building maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
- general repairs: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- GDL driving licence (preferred)
