**Schedule**:

- Fixed Shift
- Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm), Saturday (9am - 1pm)

**Job Summary**

The Store Keeper would play a key role in the administrative team to manage and be responsible for all the materials and machineries kept in the store. The Store Keeper is also required to supervise store operations, such as the storage and control of supplies, as well as, managing the records of receipts.

**Designated Tasks**:

- Supervise store operations related to the organisation.
- Keeping track of the inventory for the hospital supplies, which includes operations, such as ordering, receiving and allocation supplies to the designated branch.
- To reliably write up annual requisitions, orders, reports and record correspondences.
- To organise and keep track of store keys and stock lockers.
- To record and upkeep company files and records, such as perpetual inventory of stock and stock card.
- To organise and maintain a record of the movement of stock (both incoming and outgoing).
- To work collaboratively with and inform the administration executive when stock levels are running low.
- To display and order the appropriate inventory according to customer trends and demands.
- To provide assistance to the officer in selecting vendors and purchasing management.
- To undertake any reasonable tasks as directed by the management.
