Lead 3D Artist

Collaborate with the creative and development teams to understand project requirements and artistic direction.
- Convert 2D assets into optimized 3D models with a focus on facial aesthetics and realism, ensuring fidelity to the original designs.
- Ensure 3D models are rigged appropriately for facial animations and movements.
- Collaborate with creative teams to maintain the integrity and uniqueness of 2D assets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to craft branding materials and other visual collateral.
- Ensure all designs align with company branding and aesthetic guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in 3D modeling and graphic design.
- Address feedback and make revisions in a timely manner.

**; Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Interactive Media and Design, Multimedia Arts, Computer Graphics, Digital Art, Animation and Visual Effects, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of working and proven experience in 3D modeling and graphic design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects.
- Expertise in 3D modeling software, such as Blender, Maya, or ZBrush and graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of texturing, shading, and rendering techniques.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and branding.
- Experience in AR development and familiarity with AR development platforms, like DeepAR, is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to creating high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
