Job Descriptions
- Monitor personnel and vehicle access control into the premises.
- Consolidate incident reports.
- To monitor gatepass and make sure tally.
- Coordinate with various departments, such as production, logistics, and finance, to streamline the process of goods leaving the factory.
- Inspection and Verification of goods leaving the factory.
- Oversee all paperwork associated with outgoing goods, including D.O's.
- Address any discrepancies and work to resolve issues promptly. ildentify and address any anomalies in the goods leaving the factory, such as missing paperwork, or discrepancies in quantities.
- Continuously assess the efficiency of the outgoing goods process and documentation management.
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and reduce delays.

**Requirements**:

- Able to use a computer.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities to address unexpected challenges effectively.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
