IT Executive

1. Support LAN, WAN, must have more basic network & programming system segments and intranet systems also repairing computer.
2. Support, monitoring and maintenance for the IT infrastructure, servers and CCTV.
3. Diagnose and solve hardware and software problems.
4. Setting up, maintain and support end users’PCs, printers, router, switches, phones, security
updates and patches.
5. Configuration,troubleshooting and maintain operating system efficiency.
6. Maintain network facilities such as drivers and setting of personal computer and printer.
7. Perform backup and recovery of data, PC and servers.
8. Evaluate and analyze operating system to make recommendations for future upgrades
improvement and identify opputunities for improvement.
9. Monitor and maintain Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Local Area Network (LAN)
firewall, Virtual Private Network (VPN), and antivirus
10. To manage, control and implement Data Mangement system including data backup, data
recovery and data migration.
11. Assist in coordination and implemetation of IT projects, new system and development to
outsource programmer
