**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the spa.
- Provide information about spa services, packages, and 15-minutes massage.
- Manage spa reservations and appointments efficiently, ensuring accurate scheduling.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide detailed information to callers

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in the massage therapist industry is preferred.
