**Sales Admin Vacancy**
- We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Admin at Soon Seng Truck & Parts Sdn Bhd, a reputable truck dealership.
- As a Sales Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Issue invoice, and other related documents.
- Schedule vehicle deliveries and pickups.
- Update customer records in the database.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Liaise with internal operations for proper client engagement set up in system.
- Assist with client proposal & relevant documents preparation.
- Update leaves, OT and other documents related HR to HQ.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or dealership environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, Excel & Auto Count.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.

**Working Hours**:

- Mon-Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
- Sat (8.30am - 1.00pm)
