**New Hire Onboarding**
- Liaison with all parties to ensure readiness of IT equipment/ access cards/ etc.
- Day 1 schedule arrangement
- New hire Insurance Plan

**Recruitment**
- Job posting on job portal.
- Phone screening & interview coordination
- Offer accepted, ensure full set of documents are in place for payroll and onboarding process

**Offboarding**
- Annual Leave balance calculation & confirmation with resigned employees
- Termination / Insurance Plan deletion.

**Employee Engagement**
- Engagement activities: 2023 Family Day, Employee Wellness Program, etc.
- Typical HR Admin/ Operations
- Probationary review & confirmation
- Letter issuance for confirmation, promotion, salary adjustment, transfer/ resignation, employment verification, Visa invitation Letter etc.
- PH announcement/ other communication to employees.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
