**JOB SCOPE**
- **Developing Marketing Strategies**:
Collaborating with the marketing team and other departments to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- **Implementing Marketing Campaigns**:
Executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events. This involves creating content, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring campaign performance.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
Conducting market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape. Analyzing data to identify opportunities, insights, and areas for improvement.
- **Brand Management**:
Maintaining and enhancing the organization's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- **Content Creation**:

- **Campaign Measurement and Reporting**:
Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics, and preparing reports to assess effectiveness and ROI.
- **Continuous Learning and Improvement**:
Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and strategies to drive growth and success.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is often required.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in marketing or a related field is usually required, typically ranging from 2 to 5 years. Experience in areas such as marketing strategy, campaign management, digital marketing, market research, and brand management is highly valued.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the industry or market in which the organization operates is often preferred.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the performance of marketing campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Experience with data analysis tools and techniques is beneficial.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative skills to develop innovative marketing strategies, campaigns, and content that resonate with target audiences and differentiate the organization from competitors.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively communicating marketing strategies, ideas, and messages to internal and external stakeholders.
- **Teamwork and Collaboration**: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to achieve marketing objectives and drive business results.
- **Project Management Skills**: Strong organizational and project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and oversee multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
- **Adaptability and Learning Agility**: Willingness to adapt to changing market dynamics, embrace new technologies and trends, and continuously learn and develop new skills to stay ahead in the field of marketing.

**Salary**: RM2,229.04 - RM5,560.87 per month
