- 1. Responsible to ensure all Electrical equipment and appliances is in safe and good working condition.

2. To ensure all electrical DB's, Riser room, MSB Room are well maintain.

3. To check ensure all fire fighting system, pumps, wet riser, semoke detector and its installation are in good condition.

4. To ensure all checklist for preventive maintenance and schedule maintenance are updated and attended

5.Monitoring BAS system

6. To ensure all work order are keyed in to CMMS (PMWO and CMWO)

7. To monitor OPEX and CAPEX for Sunway Putra Tower

8. To ensure all ACMV system is in running and good condition. To check modulating valve, supply and return air temp
