Investment Analysis Internship

Evaluating target companies with research on their market, similar overseas players, local competitors, potential exit strategies, comparable valuations, etc.
- Join NEXEA’s Partners for start-up interviews and document key points discussed
- Help to prepare internal investment memos

**Supporting the process of making an investment in start-ups**:

- Arrange meetings for start-ups to present to NEXEA’s Investment Committee or Angel Investors
- Gather information needed for the Due Diligence process
- Support the process of document signing and assist the company secretaries

**Taking care of portfolio companies**:

- Ensure NEXEA and Angel Investors receive regular updates from portfolio companies
- Follow-up with portfolio companies and if required, set meetings with Partners, Mentors or other Ecosystem partners

**; Requirements**:
- Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Finance / Actuarial Science or any related fields
- Min internship 4 months. Preferably 6 months onwards.
- Good at English is preferred.
- Hardworking and able to work independently.
- Must have a proactive, enthusiastic, and fast learner
- Willing to learn and passionate about being an Investment Analyst
