Position: Operations Manager

Location: Sungai Petani, Kedah

**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity

Manage and develop a team of operations staff, including hiring and training as needed

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of service

Monitor and analyze KPIs and other performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and take action to optimize operations

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional communication and coordination

Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

Develop and manage budgets, forecasting and financial planning

Establish vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure high-quality and cost effective services

Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to drive business growth

Manpower sizing in operations and monitor on all sales achievement

Able to justify IDM and approve

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinatonal company

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in English and Mandarin

Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

**Work arrangements**

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
