Bellboy

We are seeking a friendly and courteous Bellboy to join our team. The Bellboy will play a crucial role in ensuring that guests receive a warm welcome and assistance with their luggage upon arrival and departure. Additionally, the Bellboy will provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options to enhance the guest experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Assist guests with luggage, delivering it to their rooms promptly and safely.
- Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities and amenities along the way.
- Offer assistance with any special requests or inquiries guests may have.
- Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
- Handle guest requests for valet parking, luggage storage, and other services efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and entrance area.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of luggage from vehicles as needed.
- Collaborate with front desk staff and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
