to join as part of our team.

**Position**:PMO Admin

**Location**:KL Sentral, Malaysia

**Module**: PMO

**Key Responsibilities**
- Project Assistance: You support our project managers as internal PMO assistant.
- Preparing proposal and contractual documents
- Monitoring purchase order (volume) from clients
- Administration of cbs internal project system (SAP)
- Preparing and submitting milestone acceptance certificates, timesheets and invoices to clients
- Reminding clients of outstanding payments
- Checking of expenses claims
- Partner Assistance: You manage relationships with our vendors.
- Registration and on-boarding of partners
- cbs internal and external vendor registration
- Preparing contracts such as MSA and SOW for partners
- Managing vendor invoices

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of experience as assistant preferable in IT service industry
- Experience of using Salesforce and SAP is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering/Science/Management or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office
- Eloquent and fluent in English, Chinese
- Soft skills:

- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask daily workload
- Being able to handle confidential matters
- Good attitude, passionate and determined while appreciating teamwork
