**IT Project Manager - Driving Digital Transformation**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a driven and experienced IT Project Manager to play a key role in leading the organization's digital transformation journey. You will be responsible for managing strategic projects, ensuring their successful implementation within budget, timeline, and scope. As a skilled communicator, you will keep stakeholders informed on project progress and collaborate effectively to achieve project goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from procurement to successful implementation, for digital transformation and strategic initiatives.
- Lead project teams, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion within allocated resources and budget.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including charters, scope definitions, cost estimates, timelines, risk assessments, change management strategies, and success factors.
- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to minimize communication gaps.
- Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with relevant team members, considering business, technical, and security requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing (functionality, load, performance) of implemented systems.
- Utilize project management tools and techniques to track project performance and generate comprehensive reports.
- Ensure complete and up-to-date project documentation, including change management records, prior to system launch.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the Financial Services/Banking Institution industry.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar qualification (highly desirable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Additional certifications in IT security, network security, and cybersecurity (a plus).
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent team player with the ability to adapt to the organization's culture and values.
- Strategic thinker, fast learner, and adaptable to organizational direction changes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM5,999.00 - RM9,999.00 per month
