New outlet set-up (PC, activate JTS ID, printer, CCTV, thumbprint)
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving IT infrastructure and system
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, messaging
- Escalate problems to appropriate resources and departments
- Travel to outlets for maintenance (PC, weighing scale)
- Monitor CCTV to ensure it is functioning
- VIP account creation, quotation maintenance
- Monthly report to Regional Manager regarding expiring accounts
- Provide VIP platform training to external customers
- IT Troubleshoot

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: From RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
