To monitor and maintain smooth flow of the daily operations (marketing activities, backend operations, merchant servicing & development).
- To collaborate & coordinate with all Regions on SME Business marketing activities, promotions and merchant development.
- To develop, maintain and enhance relationship with key borrowers.
- To acquire new business for the company.
- Maintain working relationship between internal stakeholders for activities including but not limited to marketing, cross-selling, product collaboration and inter-department reporting.
- To ensure all the projects handled either local, nationwide or ad-hoc promotions must be on time and meet the dead lines given by the management.
- To ensure all timeline for the assigned projects are implemented according to the company’s schedule and allocated budgets.

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar sales and marketing role. Qualification in Marketing/ Banking & Finance/Mass Communication will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to generate creative idea for marketing purpose.
- Able to manage work independently
- Ability to guide subordinate to provide excellent performance in their job duties and responsibilities.
