Roles **And **Responsibilities:
I. Receiving Delivery Orders from supplier and recording into Syteline system.

2. Perform checking on invoice and ensure physical goods received are tally with delivery orders and invoice, passing them to finance.

3. Responsible for keeping records and maintain proper filing for Delivery Orders and Subcon Issue Voucher.

4. Ensure on time and accurate receiving of purchase orders.

5. Ensure all stock are handled and stored with proper label at their designated place.

6. Ensure all stock in system are updated and tally with physical stock.

7. Ensure goods received in good condition as per the good condition.

8. Ensure on time and accurate issuance of raw material and hardware as per request.

9. Ensure all finished goods received in proper labelled.

10. Ensure correct quantity and part number as per Delivery Order are being shipped to the correct destination.

11. To maintain Good Housekeeping

12. Liaise with Vendor on secondary process _I RT\ _and ensure the parts are returned as per schedule.

13. Arrangement for packing on shipment parts.

14. Any other responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

- SPM / SPVM
- At least 2 years related \Vorking experience preferable in manufacturing environment.
- Familiar'"'ith \llarehousing System and documentation.
- Good in calculation.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
