**Position: Banking Financial Executive (Fresh Graduates / Experienced)**
**Nature of Business: Renowned local bank**
**Working days & hours: Mon - Fri (follow bank branch hours)**
**Probation period: 3 months**
- Promote Bancassurance.
- Engage and assist bank customers.
- Perform prospecting, cold calling, qualifying customers, setting appointments and provide financial advisory service to customers.
- Work with branch colleague to convert leads referral into sales closure.
- Build relationships with bank customers and strengthen rapport for subsequent up-selling.
- Engage in sales and marketing event at the bank to acquire new customer.
- Provide follow up on the policy servicing services to customer, i.e. payment mode, change in plans, trustee appointment, top ups.

**Job Requirements**
- Fresh graduates with minimum **SPM 5 credits / Diploma / Degree** are welcomed to apply.
- Background: Any background is welcomed to apply
- Must enjoy talking to customers and willing to learn.
- Proficient in English and Malay, Mandarin preferred.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated to "earn high income".
- Daring, aggressive, result oriented, willing to accept challenges and a high achiever.
- Able to work over the telephone with great communication skills.
- On-the-job training is mandatory to attend.
