Warehouse Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and monitor employees' performance.
- To ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- To ensure productivity at all time.
- To coach and provide constructive feedback.
- Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers.
- Warehouse Operation.
- Prepare and submit performance reports.
- Track inventory levels.
- Monitor inbound & outbound.
- To generate and assign picking list to picker.
- Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.
- Maintains storage area by organizing floor space.
- Maintains accurate inventory by conducting cycle counts; reconciling variances for approvals.
- Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy.
- Interface with internal customers to answer questions or solve problems.
- Communicate and coordinate activities with other departments.

**Job Requirement**
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must fluent with Warehouse Management System (WMS) & forklift operation
- Good communication skills and good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Able to work at a fast pace.
- Strong organization skills and able to work in a team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
