- To ensure all construction works are carried out as per Construction

Drawings & Specifications.
- To oversee/supervise work in progress for workers productivity & also to

ensure minimum wastages on material usage.
- To ensure that the works is built to quality standard with minimum

defects.
- To participate in all sub-contractors’ meetings etc.
- To handle the complaints received and resolve them within the time

frame.
- To organise the workflows for sub-contractors and worker
