This position is responsible supervising and assists Admin Assistant Manager in planning and directing the HSE functions by the day to day warehouse operations and activities effectively. Implements HSE rules and regulations based on RHO and country to ensure delivery of service levels in compliance with company and customer. Proper documentation of all HSE records, certificates, notice and official related.

**Job Responsibilities **_**(duties/task)**_
- To observe and monitor overall HSE activities at Schenker warehouse Malacca (MLC2).
- To ensure workers comply with overall HSE regulation and requirement, port authority's rules and regulations and requirements, local authorities and national legal requirement.
- To observe department at station level comply with ISO45001:2018 and ISO14001:2015
- To observe all departments at station level complies with Dangerous Goods (DG) rules and regulation in accordance to international DGR & IMDG Code.
- To perform Internal Audit as and when required.
- To perform CIMAH, DOSH, DOE, DOP audit time to time as and when required.
- Ensuring workers are free from drugs & alcohol.
- Ensuring adequate Personal Protective Equipment to workers.
- To report out all incident using HSE incident report within 24 hours to Schenker Management
- Prepare, update and maintain HSE Documentation (Country & Customer) SOP's are always available on site for any references.
- Evaluate; maintain service performance level for vendors ensuring all vendors comply with Scope of Work (SOW) provided.
- Ensuring all workers is competence and new staffs need to train prior to do the task.
- Any accident/incident including near missed shall be reported to Schenker Management.
- To install Incident Injury Free (IIF) culture to the workers.
- To receive and act on any other instructions from the Admin Assistant Manager or Schenker Management
- To source and issue PO for safety, health and environmental which all related item.
- To assist Admin Assistant Manager as company HSE supervisor
- Advice Schenker Management or Schenker Admin Assistant Manager at workplace on the measures to be taken in the interests of the safety & health on the person employed in the workplace.
- To inspect the workplace to determine whether any machinery, warehouse, equipment, substance, appliance or process or any description of manual labor used in the workplace is of such nature liable to cause bodily injury to any person working in the place of work.
- To investigate any accident, near-misses accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning or occupational disease in the workplace.
- To assist employer or SH committee or Schenker Management-pursuant to Regulation 11 of the OSH (Safety & Health Committee) Regulation 1996 in organizing and implementing occupational Safety & Health programmed at workplace.
- To assist HSE Manager to became secretary to the site SH committee, if any, specified under sub-regulation 6(2) of the OSH (Safety & Health Committee) Regulation **1996, **and perform all function of secretary as specified in that Regulation.
- To assist Schenker Management in any workplace inspection for the purpose of checking the effeteness and efficiency of any measures taken in compliance with the Act or any regulation made under the Act
- To collect, analyzed and maintain statistics on any accident, dangerous occurrences, occupational disease which have occurred at the workplace.
- To assist any authorities officer in carrying out his duty under the Act or any regulations made under the Act
- To carry out any other instruction made by the Schenker Admin Assistant Manager and Schenker Management or any matters pertaining to safety & health of the workplace.
- To assist Admin Assistant Manager for those Facility matter which related to safety, health and environmental.

**Specification **_**(qualification, experience, skills, attributes)**_
- Minimum Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health Management.
- Minimum two (2) year's work experiences.
- Knowledge of warehouse management system would be an advantage
- Service oriented good interpersonal and communication skills

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
