Klang, Malaysia BBT Hotel Sdn Bhd - (Premiere Hotel Klang) Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- **Media Relations**:

- Develop media contacts and plan press conferences.
- Act as the hotel’s liaison with media to promote positive publicity and address negative publicity.
- **Promotional Activities**:

- Organize promotional events, invite VIPs and media, and issue press releases.
- Disseminate corporate press releases to local trade and consumer media.
- Send promotional news to trade publications regularly.
- Prepare press releases about notable guests, employees, and hotel events.
- **Internal Communication**:

- Provide relevant information to other hotel departments for guest interactions.
- Handle client and media inquiries and complaints.
- **Digital Marketing and Social Media**:

- Manage and update social media channels, the hotel website, and OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms.
- Create and publish content advertisements to enhance brand awareness.
- Prepare a monthly social media calendar.
- Support Corporate Social Responsibility programs to build a positive hotel image.
- Collaborate with media agencies, vendors, and influencers for marketing campaigns.
- Ensure clear, up-to-date electronic content about the hotel.
- Conduct competitive checks and suggest investment-worthy electronic channels.
- Work closely with other departments to align with promotions and marketing activities.
- Actively publish relevant content on social media platforms.
- Design and produce campaign materials, including videos and online promotions.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Professional Certificate in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Studies, Mass Communication, Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Marketing/E-Commerce Executive in the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Facebook Business, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, Instagram & etc
- Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (an added advantage).
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including copywriting.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and team player

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
