**Position**: Barista Supervisor

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and direct the daily operations of the coffee shop
- Train and supervise baristas, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure that quality standards are met and consistently maintained
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring products are always available for customers
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customers

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a coffee shop or similar environment
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
