Position **:Credit Recovery Officer**

Basic : RM1500 to RM2000 (Based on experience)

Working days: 5.5 days

Working hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM (Unless on stayback days until 7:30PM), and half day on alternate Saturday/Sunday

Commission Rate : 3.5%

Location : Level 8, Brem Mall, Kepong
- Responsible for reaching out to customers to collect/ remind the payment for overdue bills, loans or other payments.
- To make outbound calls and remind them of their payments.
- To achieve individual / group targets in order to be entitled for Incentive Scheme
- Make a plan on how you collect the customer’s debt (payment).
- Explain and clarify on non-payment and other product services.
- Persuade, negotiate and work with customers to make workable repayment arrangements.
- Effectively follow-up promise to pay with customers.
- Ensure the accounts are worked and followed-up thoroughly and in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM with good credits.
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Melayu. Chinese would be an added advantage
- Age range from 20 years old to 50 years old ONLY with good health condition.
- Willing to work long hours and weekends.
- Experience in the related field will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- High communication skill needed.
- Must be aggressive and fast learner.
- Training provided for those without experience.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
