**Skills**:
1. Administrative Skills: Strong proficiency in office management, record-keeping, and administrative tasks specific to construction projects.

2. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with project teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

3. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

4. Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and completeness in all administrative work, documentation, and financial records.

**Technical Proficiency**:

**Responsibilities**:
1. Office Management: Oversight of the on-site office operations, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and facilities.

2. Document Control: Management and organization of project documents, contracts, permits, drawings, and specifications.

4. Scheduling: Assistance with scheduling meetings, appointments, and project timelines.

5. Support Services: Provision of administrative support to the project team, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

6. Financial Administration: Assistance with budget tracking, expense reporting, invoice processing, and subcontractor payments.

7. Safety and Compliance: Support for safety compliance efforts and ensuring adherence to safety protocols on-site.

8. Logistics Coordination: Coordination of logistics for materials delivery, equipment rental, and other site requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
