Mis Executive

Responsibilities:

- Monitor network performance and stability to ensure the level of availability of services to our POS system.
- Prioritizes incidents without escalation.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of any related projects.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office 365.
- Router, Wi-Fi configuration, CCTV administrator and LAN network cabling.
- Standby and required to visit outlets during the weekend if applicable.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.

Qualification and skills:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Network Administrator/Microsoft System.
- Knowledge and understanding of POS system setup and process.
- Work independently and as a team to complete tasks/projects.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
