**Job Title: Site Supervisor cum Handyman**

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Site Supervisor cum Handyman to oversee operations at our homestay properties located in Penang Island. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that our properties are well-maintained and prepared to meet the expectations of our Airbnb guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage multiple properties, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness for guest arrivals.
- Coordinate cleaning schedules, supply of cleaning tools and chemicals, and manage labor supply for property upkeep.
- Perform basic electrical repairs, plumbing, drilling, and other handyman duties as required.
- Maintain availability on-site from 11am to 7pm daily, six days a week, to address any immediate maintenance issues or guest concerns.
- Arrange incoming and outgoing laundry services for the properties
- Keep track of labor attendance, calculate salaries accurately, and submit payroll on time.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance expenditures for each property under your supervision.
- Report directly to the Operations Manager and provide regular updates on property status and maintenance issues.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a handyman or site supervisor, preferably in a hospitality or property management setting.
- Basic knowledge of electrical repairs, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
