**Position: Credit Recovery Executive**

**Working Location: Bandar Sunway, PJ**

**Working Days: Monday-Friday, Alternate Saturdays**

**Working Hours: Any shift starts from 8.00 am to 12.30 pm (Mon-Fri) / Any shift starts from 8.30 am to 2.30 pm (Alternate Saturdays)**

**Salary: Basic range RM 2,500 - RM 3,400**

**Mandarin Language Allowance: RM 350**

**Employment Type: 6-Months Contract**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform outbound calls to collect payment with customers on their delinquent/exceed limit accounts.
- Handle inbound calls (related to unblocking devices or recovery-related matters) and negotiate payment arrangements with the customer.
- Proceed with the unblocking request (if applicable/necessary) upon approval.
- Manage customers' enquiries and complaints regarding interruption of services and payment issues.
- Update CRM & UCCS (systems) on calls made and actions taken for each customer.
- Ensure all customers information is secure and adhere to PDPA and Company Business Code of Conduct at all times.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc matters, as and when required.

**Job Requirements**:

- SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
- **Minimum 2 years of working experience in credit control/recovery/collection.**:

- **Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin speaker is an added advantage.**:

- Possess a positive working attitude.
- **Compulsory: Fully vaccinated with one booster dose for Covid-19.**:
