**Role Overview**:As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Kopi Saigon, you will play a vital role in shaping our online presence and engaging with our audience through effective digital marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on social media. You will collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute digital campaigns that align with our brand identity, focusing on brand awareness and establishing Kopi Saigon as a well-known coffee brand in Malaysia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on social media platforms, to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms, creating and curating content that reflects our playful and coffee-centric brand identity.
- Develop, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to increase brand visibility and recognition.
- Craft engaging and compelling copy for various digital platforms, tailoring messages to resonate with our target audience.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to social media engagement, follower growth, and website traffic to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to enhance our strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with the Graphic Editor to ensure consistent visual communication and alignment with our brand identity on social media.
- Engage with customers and followers on social media platforms, responding to comments, inquiries, and messages to build positive relationships.
- Utilize SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Research and identify opportunities for influencer collaborations and partnerships to expand brand reach.
- Collaborate with external partners such as agencies and freelancers to enhance the execution of digital marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Mid-level experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and engagement strategies.
- Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms, with a focus on brand awareness and engagement.
- Familiarity with paid advertising platforms, including Facebook and Instagram Ads.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging social media content.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns that align with brand identity.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in the F&B industry or with coffee-related brands is a plus.
