**Responsibilities**:

- To monitor, organize, manage resources and implement action plans to ensure optimum efficiency in the operation of Laundry and Linen at IIUM.
- To participate in meetings and event schedule by IIUM.
- Provide regular customer service review and attend to inquiries and complaints.
- To ensure and monitor that all data pertaining to linen services are keyed in correctly and on time so that related reports can be generated whenever required.
- To ensure good housekeeping is maintained to safeguard the hygienic working environment.
- To ensure that quality standards and operating procedures were established and maintained.
