Outlet Chief

Work Locations: Aeon Mall Bandaraya Melaka

Responsible in daily outlet operations issue

Outlet staff work schedule arrangement and staff related issue

Liaise with building manager on counter equipment maintenance matter,

Liaise with supplier's technician on machine maintenance or defect repair

Prepare weekly outlet performance, stock and purchase report

Raw food material planning and ordering

Assist & performs all other tasks assigned by immediate superior

Adheres strictly to safety & Hygiene Regulations

Maintain proper personal appearance, hygiene & sanitation

J**ob Requirements**:
Experience working in Japanese restaurant is an added advantage

Willing to work on shifts

Service oriented and a good team player

At least 3 years management experience in restaurant and/or retails

industry

At least 3 years experience in leading a team of kitchen crew
